Zola is seeking a smart, organized Office Manager to work in our Charlottesville office. A person in this role is detail oriented, organized, can work independently, and is scrappy! We need a great person to join our wonderful team and help us make our Charlottesville office awesome, and support the needs of the great team we have down there.

This role will be based in Charlottesville, Virginia, in our Downtown Mall office. This is planned to be from 10Am - 3PM 5 days a week. There is some flexibility with those hours. This role could become permanent in the future

A love of weddings is appreciated!



  • Manage relationships with subcontractors that help us in the space.
  • Keep office supplies well stocked
  • Keep the office in good general order
  • Triage issues with office facilities
  • Support team with some scheduling and other projects where necessary
  • Help manage some recruiting and HR things
  • Take the lead on executing office fixing up projects
  • Work closely with our Office Manager in the NYC office
