We are looking for an analytical, organized, and energetic individual to join our Operations Team as a Logistics Analyst.

You will work closely with our operations, merchandising, and planning teams. A love of weddings is appreciated!

Position Hours: 

This is a full-time position based out of our NY HQ.

Responsibilities: 

- Manage shipping/carrier day to day operations

Own the EDI side of the Zola business, including the below:

- Manage the relationship with our EDI provider, monitor document usage and flow, and find cost saving opportunities

- Onboard new and existing third-party vendors to EDI

- Troubleshoot technical issues for our EDI provider and our EDI vendors

Own the relationship with our 3rd party warehouse (3PL), including the below:

- Act as the primary liaison for day to day order management as well as for larger initiates pertaining to the 3PL  

- Develop and maintain reporting to ensure 3PL is meeting SLAs

- Find and implement process improvements and cost savings

- Focus on speed and accuracy of fulfillment to improve the customer experience

- Identify key performance issues and work with associated departments and/or vendors to resolution

- Continuously brainstorm ways to improve the vendor and customer experience  

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree 

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce and logistics

- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively

- Excellent PC skills, including but not limited to MS Excel. SQL knowledge is preferred.

- Knowledge of the home furnishings industry is a big plus

- Willingness and desire to go the extra mile Zola customers
